Method of Preparation: Decoction- Get a handful of vicks roots, boil in 1 glass of water, wait until it boils.
Direction for use: Drink the boiled water 3 x a day until the pain is gone.
Additional information: Masakit ke ulo refers to head ache. The plant got its name by associating the smell of its roots to a smell of a "vicks", an over-the-counter medication rub.
