- It is usually caused when a person is always on an empty stomach or failes to eat on time.

- Material/s: 1. Salingkapaw (whole plant) 2. Bugas mais (toast) Method/s:Decoction: Decoction: Get a handful of salingkapaw and boil. Put the toasted corn in a glass then add the decoction. Leave it for a few minutes until the water is lukewarm.
- Management:
- Drink the decoction every after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water (hinubigon) and may be taken at any time of the day until pain and discomfort is gone.
